Beacon is led by René Hlousek, an internationally credentialed valuation professional with approximately three decades of experience in business valuation, intangible asset valuation, and financial advisory services.

His professional credentials include Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designations in Business Valuation and Intangible Assets from the American Society of Appraisers, the Certified in Entity and Intangible Valuations (CEIV) credential, and professional membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

In addition to his client advisory work, René has contributed to the advancement of the valuation profession through the co-development of professional education courses adopted for valuation training and certification by the American Society of Appraisers. He has also presented on intangible asset and intellectual property valuation at professional conferences and industry forums in the United States and internationally.

His experience encompasses a broad range of industries, valuation purposes, and complex financial matters, combining the analytical discipline expected of a credentialed valuation specialist with the practical perspective of an experienced business advisor.
